Airline Insurance Market Overview Q2 2013

The first half of 2013 has seen no change in the downward direction of market premiums and therefore the balance of power in airline insurance purchasing remains firmly in favour of the buyers.

Willis IATA AAPA Asia Pacific Aviation Insurance Conference – 2014

We are very pleased to be able to announce next year’s Conference will be held in Singapore in what was previously an extremely popular location for our delegates in 2012. The support and feedback we have received subsequent to our gathering in Jakarta earlier in March this year is evidence that this Conference remains a much valued event in the industry calendar where all those involved in the Aviation Insurance industry have the opportunity to attend.

Next year, we will be joined by some of the leading figures in the regional aviation industry all sharing the common commitment to the success – and above all the safety – of the aviation industry in the Asia Pacific Region.

Next year’s Programme will respond to the many challenges faced by Insurance Departments and Corporate Buyers of Aviation Insurance and will keep the delegate current with developments in Safety and Risk Management within the Regional Airline sector. It will address Insurance Market dynamics, its sensitivity to the economic challenges of our time and the appetite of risk carriers in specific industry segments.

We will shortly be advising further details including the chosen hotel and registration formalities. We look forward to advising further and would ask you to please make a note in your diaries.
