Invitation to the Willis Towers Watson Aviation Conference 2018

Dear Friends,

We are delighted to welcome you back to Singapore for Willis Towers Watson Aviation Conference to be held at the W Hotel in Sentosa between Tuesday 6 March 2018 and Friday 9 March 2018. This is our last year in Singapore before we move locations in 2019 – to be announced in due course!

We would firstly like to thank our sponsors for their continued support of this unique, industry-leading event and we look forward to hearing from industry leaders on the latest developments in their field and provide the forum for insurance buyers, risk carriers and ancillary service providers to meet and discuss mutual topics of interest.

Please note that conference places are limited and registration will be closing on 1 February 2018 so please register as soon as possible by clicking here. The attendance fee for the conference is USD750 per person. Please be ready to enter you credit card information at the end of the registration process. The mobile APP will also be available prior to the conference.

As in past years, we have negotiated preferential rates for rooms at the W Singapore – Sentosa Cove. If you would like a room at the W, please follow the instructions on the hotel page of this website. We ask you to kindly make your hotel bookings as soon as possible as there is limited availability at the discounted rates. Please note that every year delegates book rooms late and are disappointed to not benefit from discounted rates, and/ or the convenience of staying at the conference venue.

We look forward to welcoming you to Singapore.
